I've been going to this store soon after it opened, great seeing the small changes done after every few weeks. Owner is extremely hard working and talented, always slightly changing the recipes to make it better and having new ideas to intertrade into the store. The wafers themselves are extremely well made. Very light and airy but packed full of flavour (matcha is the best). Best feeling is getting a batch that is freshly made.

Best soft ice cream I had in town! I tried the chocolate one and at first was worried it would be too sweet but it wasn't! It was just perfect! Very reasonable price too! Their matcha wafer rolls are absolutely delicious too, and again not overly sweet which I absolutely love!!! Can't wait to go back and have some more❤️

A great little store run by the most kind lady. The wafer rolls are genuinely melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Would highly recommend a visit if you're passing through New Street.
